Background

Laura Morales is a native to Phoenix, Arizona. A former military spouse, married and has four children, one who is deaf. She went to Phoenix College to pursue American Sign Language and completed a Deaf Studies Certificate. She then later attended Arizona State University where she earned her teaching degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. Her experience and expertise comes from working in public schools and personal experience as a mom to a deaf child. She is passionate to serve families of deaf and hard of hearing children.
